Researcher – IT Recruiting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek qualified candidates based on the requirements of open positions through various channels such as LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, social media, job boards, and more.

• Screen CVs, select candidates, input information into SmartRecruiters, and ensure the system remains updated throughout the hiring process.

• Initiate contact with potential "cold" candidates.

• Conduct diverse market analyses, perform data research, and generate relevant reports and presentations.

• Enhance and maintain internal databases and associated reports.

• Compile job descriptions and perform quality checks in line with corporate standards and templates.

• Execute other tasks as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Over 1.5 years of experience as a researcher in a recruitment agency or IT company.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or above.

• Experience with workflow automation and process enhancement.

• Strong attention to detail and effectiveness in candidate sourcing.

• Proficient user of various sourcing and recruitment tools.

• Experience in international recruitment.
