This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a member of a dedicated grantmaking team and implement ambitious research initiatives.
• Evaluate interventions and offer insights on their cost-effectiveness.
• Develop cost-effectiveness models to assess the expenses and benefits associated with various interventions.
• Examine specific grantmaking opportunities and evaluate their potential impact.
• Address intricate research questions and devise innovative solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with subject matter experts and disseminate findings from research.
• A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (such as economics, policy, or public health) or a PhD with limited post-graduation experience.
• A strong desire to contribute to the enhancement of global health and the reduction of global poverty.
• Exceptional ability to critically analyze and synthesize empirical research.
• Capable of devising an effective strategy for examining complex questions.
• Proficient in communicating beliefs and uncertainties clearly.
• A sense of curiosity and willingness to question both personal and others' work.
• Competence in executing impactful research.
