This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform comprehensive research to discover qualified candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and various online platforms.
• Consider alternatives to conventional job titles (e.g., identifying alternative titles or related roles when sourcing for positions such as Controller, Finance Manager, etc.).
• Investigate competitor companies and relevant industries to reveal hidden talent pools.
• Assist in headhunting endeavors through outbound messaging and targeted outreach initiatives.
• Craft and publish job advertisements and sourcing messages.
• Execute initial candidate outreach and manage follow-ups.
• Examine candidate backgrounds and career trajectories to evaluate fit.
• Keep precise records of candidates and research notes.
• Prepare and send agreements using DocuSign.
• Monitor agreement statuses and follow up as necessary.
• Aid in compliance and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
• Update and manage candidate and company information in HubSpot.
• Contribute to light recruitment marketing activities (campaign tracking, messaging optimization).
• Support sourcing campaigns with data and insights derived from research.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, or lead generation.
• Experience in US Recruitment/Sourcing (mandatory).
• Background in headhunting or outbound recruiting is preferred.
• Proficiency with DocuSign and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Enthusiasm for business, markets, and competitive research.
• Openness to learning about new industries, roles, and recruiting strategies.
