Research Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist the US Sales Enablement team with client reporting, prospect client lists, and market research initiatives.

• Deliver company- and market-level insights and analyses to teams across the United States.

• Act as a primary contact for research support and address stakeholder research needs.

• Mentor, develop, and train team members.

• Oversee one or more projects, guiding project scope, timelines, content, and presentations.

• Help manage workflow and allocate tasks effectively.

• Enhance research offerings, content organization, presentations, and tools.

• Uphold team work ethic standards and minimize SLA misses.

• Refine existing research tools and assist in the development of new tools through automation.

• Maintain the Intelligence Hub, ensuring materials are accessible, up to date, and archiving outdated materials.

• Foster team awareness and utilization through internal communication channels.

• Perform quality-control checks to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.

• Exceptional report writing abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Strong skills in planning, project management, and problem resolution.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Familiarity with Real Capital Analytics, CoStar, Capital IQ, D&B Hoovers, Factiva, PitchBook, and Sales Navigator.

• Relevant graduate or post-graduate degree from a reputable institution.

• Over 5 years of pertinent market research and consulting experience.

• Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and management across the US region.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and present information in a clear and concise manner.

• Commitment to continuous improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Capability to guide and mentor analysts and conduct quality-control checks.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and build domain knowledge within the team.

• Availability for the afternoon shift, from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.

• Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
