This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Oversee and promote the range of Research Intelligence solutions within designated states
• Employ a consultative approach to comprehend client requirements
• Meet overall revenue objectives
• Develop targeted strategies customized for the market
• Regularly assess sales performance and forecasts
• Collaborate closely with regional and federal government entities
• Collect, track, and analyze competitive data
• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders
• Offer market insights to improve product development
• Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree; a Master's or technical degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of senior-level sales experience
• Demonstrated success in selling technology and solutions
• Experience with strategic account planning
• Background in complex solution sales using a consultative approach (minimum 3 years)
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with selling enterprise software
• Experience in an international matrix organization
• Knowledge of regional or national research programs, collaboration networks, and key opinion leaders is preferred
