📋 Description

• Function as an independent Principal Investigator, assigning project management responsibilities to junior scientific personnel.

• Supervise and engage in a diverse portfolio of projects.

• Drive scientific innovation and generate high-quality scientific outputs.

• Take substantial responsibility for achieving sales objectives and fostering client development.

• Direct high-quality research studies.

• Share scientific findings in peer-reviewed journals and at professional conferences.

• Offer scientific guidance to team members.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships.

• Ensure adherence to client timelines.

• Guarantee that projects remain within contracted budget limits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A doctorate in a scientific field with over 3-5 years of experience in a related area; or

• A master’s degree in a scientific discipline with more than 5-7 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with SAS or similar data analysis tools is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of practical research implementation.

• Strong communication and scientific writing skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to independently manage, oversee, or lead project-related tasks while delegating effectively.

• Proficiency in managing client relationships.

• Awareness of pertinent regulatory requirements and guidelines.

• Insight into the pharmaceutical industry.

• Ability to provide guidance, management, and mentorship to junior staff members.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills in scientific, professional, and consulting contexts.
