📋 Description

• Utilize modeling and machine learning methodologies to tackle business challenges that lie at the crossroads of product and data science.

• Independently identify and engage in research initiatives that can create a substantial business impact.

• Develop persuasive arguments for prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.

• Analyze data and model assumptions while selecting and testing suitable models based on each dataset and business goal.

• Determine, calculate, and confirm relevant success metrics.

• Provide comprehensive datasets, tools, and reports to both technical and business partners.

• Act as a strategic advisor to product managers and business stakeholders.

• Shape product direction and enhance user experience.

• Foster collaborations with cross-functional stakeholders in product, engineering, operations, design, and consumer research.

• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Promote the adoption and understanding of machine learning-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience.

• High level of proficiency in SQL and Python.

• More than 5 years of experience working with large-scale data.

• Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

• Experience in prototyping and deploying models utilizing large-scale production data.

• Strong business insight and the capability to translate technical findings into business outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with privacy, differential privacy, anonymization, and identity-related concepts.
