This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the comprehensive recruitment process for UX research participants, emphasizing B2B and employer involvement.
• Identify, evaluate, organize, and engage with research participants.
• Coordinate participant non-disclosure agreements, logistics for research sessions, and incentive payments.
• Handle multiple research initiatives and recruiting workflows concurrently.
• Maintain proactive communication with researchers regarding recruitment hurdles, participant availability, and potential study risks.
• Suggest alternative participant recruitment strategies when initial methods do not yield adequate results.
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers to grasp study requirements and assist throughout the research cycle.
• Lead the transition from a Google-based UX research repository to Dovetail.
• Aid in the organization, upkeep, and thematic analysis of the research repository.
• Act as a point of contact between Research Operations and UX Research stakeholders.
• Spot opportunities for enhancing Research Operations processes using design thinking and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Develop resources, templates, and best-practice guidelines for participant recruitment to assist researchers.
• Work alongside Legal and Policy stakeholders to ensure participant compliance and approval requirements are met.
• Assist with the management of UX research vendors, procurement efforts, and budget oversight.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new UX researchers and advocate for consistent Research Operations practices.
• 1-2 years of experience in supporting UX teams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or managing research participants or panels.
• Proven experience in recruiting participants, ideally for UX research studies.
• Proficient in coordinating schedules, calendars, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Familiarity with or demonstrated interest in UX Research and Design Thinking principles.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Competent in using calendar management and scheduling applications.
• Experience with online collaboration tools.
• Proficient in using Qualtrics or a comparable survey platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and strong project coordination skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management proficiency.
• A collaborative, curious, empathetic, proactive, and self-motivated work approach.
• Open to candidates based in the United States or LATAM.
• Significant overlap in working hours with Eastern and Central U.S. time zones is highly preferred.
• Full-time contract position, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Remote working arrangement.
• Current contract is set to end on March 31, 2027.
