Research Finance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the financial management of local, federal, state, and private grants and contracts under the guidance of the Office of Research Administration personnel.

• Act as a liaison between BHSF Corporate Finance and BHSF Foundation, ensuring compliance with government regulations, donor/sponsor/agency requirements, and BHSF policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple research/program projects, protocols, and clinical trials in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and departments.

• Excellent analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in organizing extensive data sets, and adeptness in complex numerical calculations.

• Required proficiency in MS Office applications, with expert-level knowledge of Excel.

• Capacity to deliver high-quality work while adhering to strict deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Sound judgment is necessary.

• Must be adaptable and service-oriented.
