Research Associate III – Evidence Synthesis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take independent charge of essential components of systematic literature review (SLR) research projects with oversight from senior personnel.

• Oversee multiple projects with tasks that vary in complexity based on the project.

• Establish and refine research questions.

• Create literature searches and algorithms.

• Formulate inclusion and exclusion criteria within the PICOS framework.

• Supervise the screening of abstracts and full-text articles.

• Examine the PRISMA diagram illustrating study attrition.

• Confirm data abstraction and extraction accuracy.

• Complete the analyzable dataset.

• Prepare tables and figures for the analysis results.

• Integrate evidence by drafting and editing project deliverables.

• Assign tasks to junior staff and evaluate their work.

• Create a project plan and track project progress, including timelines and budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in health sciences, economics, biology, natural sciences, or a related area with some pertinent experience;

• MSc. with considerable related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of systematic literature review methods in health economics and/or health services research;

• Experience in network meta-analysis is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in utilizing various computer software.
