Research Alliance Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• The Alliance Relationship Manager oversees alliances and strategic initiatives within the Clinical Research division.

• This role involves establishing and managing alliances from their inception through the entire lifecycle, engaging with internal stakeholders and partner contacts to fulfill contractual obligations and enhance partnership value.

• The Alliance Relationship Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement research initiatives alongside internal leaders and development partners.

• This position will address any alliance-related issues that may occur, escalate them as necessary, and communicate the performance of alliances and initiatives to leadership while supporting reporting for various internal committees and systems/tools.

• Exhibits a thorough understanding of all aspects of the role, as well as relevant regulations and organizational and departmental policies and procedures.

• Undertakes additional duties and projects as assigned.

• Executes all responsibilities in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration, or a life science-related field is required.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical research is necessary.

• At least three (3) years of experience managing projects or programs is required.

• Experience with oncology clinical trials is preferred.
