This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and convert them into functional specifications and user stories;
• Process Mapping and Optimization: Document existing (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes while identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency improvements;
• Solution Design and Configuration: Transform business requirements into technical specifications and configure Salesforce components such as workflows, validation rules, and dashboards;
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Organize and conduct UAT to verify that developed solutions fulfill business requirements;
• Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive system documentation and deliver training for end users;
• Additional routine responsibilities as needed.
• Salesforce Knowledge: Extensive understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and declarative customizations;
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to evaluate workflows and identify deficiencies;
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including creating user stories and documenting workflows;
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and CRM integrations;
• Required: Salesforce App Builder certification;
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in an exact sciences field or a bachelor’s degree in any field supplemented by a postgraduate program (specialization, master’s, or doctoral) of 360 hours in Information Technology;
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification;
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification;
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification;
• Language: Advanced spoken English (an interview will be conducted in English).
