Requirements Analyst, Protheus, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and define the scope of development and customization initiatives within the Protheus ERP.

• Collect and record business processes in collaboration with functional areas and clients.

• Create functional and technical requirements documentation for the development team.

• Generate artifacts such as functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

• Serve as a conduit between business and development teams, ensuring expectations are aligned.

• Engage in alignment, validation, and user acceptance activities for deliverables.

• Identify risks and critical issues in the analyzed scopes, proposing alternatives and solutions.

• Keep documentation current throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with the Protheus ERP.

• Proficiency in analyzing and mapping business processes.

• Expertise in preparing technical and functional documentation (specifications, flowcharts, use cases).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with technical teams and clients.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management.

• Desirable: Experience with Protheus implementation or customization projects.

• Familiarity with ADVPL/TLPP (not required to code, but to comprehend the technical context).

• Experience with documentation and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).

• Understanding of process modeling (BPMN).

• Experience with specific modules: Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Tax (Fiscal), or Manufacturing.

• Preferred: TOTVS certifications related to Protheus or its system modules.

• Experience with the SIGAAGR module (AgroIndustry).

• Experience in Protheus migration or version upgrade projects.
