This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Puerto Rico.
• Accurately process all transactions and execute tasks within established procedural guidelines, ensuring zero errors.
• Achieve or surpass the Daily Productivity benchmarks for each assigned task.
• Adhere to performance standards for Quality as outlined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), maintaining a flawless record.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service both internally and externally, consistently fulfilling or exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain a robust understanding of the procedures and operating systems necessary for your role.
• Identify and escalate issues through the proper channels that require risk assessment, exception handling, or further investigation.
• Articulate complex subjects clearly and succinctly.
• Offer a high level of professional and courteous service, utilizing empathy as needed during account investigations.
• Record cases in the database, noting actions taken on accounts and interactions with customers.
• Ensure timely task completion to align with contract requirements.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer/client service experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking/financial sector, including knowledge of chargebacks and disputes.
• Proficient in computer skills and familiar with Windows applications.
• All internal applicants must have a minimum of 6 months experience in their current position.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, credit check, security clearance, and fingerprinting.
• Must reside in Puerto Rico.
