This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +13 more states.
• Accurately process all transactions and perform tasks within established procedural guidelines while minimizing errors.
• Achieve or surpass the Daily Productivity benchmarks for each assigned task.
• Fulfill performance criteria for Quality as outlined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), ensuring zero errors.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service both internally and externally, consistently fulfilling or exceeding customer expectations.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the procedures and operating systems utilized in your role.
• Identify and escalate issues requiring risk assessment, exception management, or further examination through the proper channels.
• Articulate complex subjects in a straightforward and succinct manner.
• Deliver a high standard of professional and courteous service, showing empathy when necessary during account investigations.
• Document cases in the database, detailing actions taken regarding accounts and interactions with customers.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to align with contract specifications.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
• Have over 1 year of experience in customer or client service.
• Hold over 1 year of experience in the banking or financial sector, including knowledge of chargebacks and disputes.
• Have a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
• All internal candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of experience in their current position.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, security clearance, and fingerprinting.

• Training hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST
• Work a full 8-hour shift during standard business hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm CST (Monday - Friday).
