• Actively drive in-store sales by identifying and seizing growth opportunities.
• Negotiate additional space, promotional displays, and promotional activations with retailers.
• Influence in-store decisions to enhance product visibility and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
• Ensure the implementation of business strategies and sales initiatives.
• Analyze in-store performance and recommend concrete actions to boost sales.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maximize business opportunities.
• Support on-the-ground execution (merchandising, equipment installation) with a focus on sales impact.
• Produce performance reports and activity tracking.
• Visit between 4 to 10 retail locations each day.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mandatory).
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, business development, or representation (experience in grocery is an asset).
• High school diploma or equivalent (an asset).
• Excellent command of French (mandatory).
• Vehicle allowance: $1,100.
• Cell phone allowance: $40.
