This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to potential clients
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for closers
• Follow a structured and tested sales script
• Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
• Accurately track calls, results, and scheduled appointments
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Maintain clear communication with the sales team
• Fluent or near-native English with an excellent accent (required)
• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
• Previous experience in: Appointment Setting SDR / Sales Development
• Outbound sales experience
• Customer service focused on sales
• Comfortable working with daily call objectives and KPIs
• Ability to memorize scripts and adapt messages as needed
• No commissions at the start
• Clear growth path towards a Closer role with commission opportunities
• Performance incentives for scheduled appointments (negotiable after proven results)
