Representante de Ventas – Animales de Compañía

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Responsible for serving clients in the assigned geographic area and generating demand for the products and services of the business unit by implementing the commercial strategy through a consultative sales process.

• Manages and develops the distribution channel in the region (handling distributors), ensuring execution at the point of sale (retail) and adherence to commercial policies to achieve financial objectives and provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Collaborates closely with internal departments (technical, marketing, finance, supply) to ensure availability, execution, and sustainable growth in the territory.

• Develops and executes action plans for the territory to meet/exceed sales objectives, market share, and profitability.

• Implements the Sales Model and the Visit Execution Process to generate demand, growth, and positioning of the portfolio.

• Manages the channel: selecting/tracking distributors, commercial agreements, growth plans, indicators, training, and commercial discipline.

• Drives excellence in retail execution: availability, assortment, visibility, promotions, pricing, displays, and activations at the point of sale (as applicable).

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or completed Engineering (Administration, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related fields). Being a Veterinarian is not a requirement.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in sales with territory management.

• Desirable: experience in retail/point of sale, management of distributors/channels, negotiation, and development of key accounts.

• English: Advanced (capable of conducting meetings, presenting, and writing emails/reports).
