This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• You will play a crucial role in the specification, monitoring, and capitalization of projects within the Adhesives and Sealants division.
• Lead the execution of sales and projects related to automotive markets, general industry, appliances, and construction.
• Engage with key individuals both inside and outside the organization at local, regional, and global levels.
• You will manage commercial relationships with clusters, associations, and both current and potential clients within the territory.
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Processes, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electronic, or Electromechanical is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, processes, technical sales, product industrialization/specification, or application engineering.
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM systems, networks (LinkedIn), Teams, and Office applications.
• Ability to create cost-benefit analyses.
• Teamwork capabilities.
• Basic experience in the industrial market of northern Mexico.
• Proactive mindset.
• Assertive communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
• Self-directed learner.
• Experience in Spec-in project management.
• Training/Certifications in Green Belt, Six Sigma.
