Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair equipment effectively.

• Construct products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during in-home repair services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess knowledge and skills to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Have reliable transportation to and from repair locations.

• Own necessary hand and power tools.

• Demonstrated experience and mechanical aptitude to build products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Comply with state regulations regarding the vehicle used for work.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• MVR screening required for driving contractors.

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Tech-savvy with a mobile phone.

• Excellent communication skills.
