This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Ensure final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods at customers' residences.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver customer service excellence to high-end clients.

• Perform repair tasks at customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions essential for equipment repairs.

• Must have personal transportation to and from repair sites.

• Ownership of hand and power tools is required.

• Experience and mechanical aptitude necessary to construct products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is mandatory.

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Compliance with state laws relevant to the vehicle used for work is essential.

• Must successfully complete background checks and drug screenings.

• Successful completion of MVR screening for driving contractors is required.

• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential.

• Proficient with mobile phone technology.
