Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods at customers' residences.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have the ability to read and understand manufacturer's manuals and instructions for equipment repair.

• Must possess personal transportation for travel to and from repair locations.

• Own necessary hand and power tools and possess the experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products per manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT /MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must comply with state regulations governing the vehicle utilized for work.

• Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory for all contractors, including helpers.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks will be conducted for all driving contractors.

• Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

• Tech-savvy with a mobile phone.

• Strong communication skills are essential.
