Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, analyze, identify, and fix fitness equipment and related products.

• Repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and other similar items.

• Read and adhere to manufacturer manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during in-home repair appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable products.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Reliable transportation to and from repair locations.

• Possess hand and power tools necessary for repairs.

• Experience and mechanical skills to assemble products as per manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Follow state laws regarding the vehicle used for work completion.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Clear MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Tech savvy with mobile phone proficiency.
