This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturers' manuals and instructions.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Utilize a mobile phone for work-related technology and communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Repair contractor experienced with fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and related products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions.

• Possess transportation for travel to and from repair locations.

• Own necessary hand and power tools.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience in building products to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Follow state laws concerning the vehicle utilized for work tasks.

• Successfully pass background and drug screenings.

• Clear MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with technology using a mobile phone.
