Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods in customers' residences.

• Construct products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Execute work adhering to relevant insurance, vehicle registration, DOT/MC, and state vehicle regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturer's manuals and instructions for equipment repair.

• Possess personal transportation to and from repair locations.

• Have own hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skill to construct products per manufacturer specifications.

• Must hold an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration standards.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Abide by state regulations for the vehicle utilized in completing work.

• Successfully pass background and drug screenings.

• Pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Technologically adept with a mobile phone.

• Strong communication skills.
