This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assists in regional sales activities to enhance overall revenue with an emphasis on specific product lines.
• Delivers product in-service training for the Patient Support Systems portfolio (including Smartbeds, surfaces, and other medical devices) within a hospital environment to optimize product performance.
• Ensures that educational programs align with corporate and customer objectives, acting as a bridge between the team and clients.
• Collaborates closely with the sales team and customers.
• Communicates with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Engages in delivery and implementation planning activities, such as customer meetings, conference calls, and WebEx training sessions.
• Utilizes Salesforce to foster new sales opportunities while maintaining current business relationships.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by the corporation.
• Conducts negotiations and finalizes sales agreements.
• Oversees all aspects of the installation of new products after delivery to customers.
• A High School diploma or equivalent experience is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred.

• Skillful in implementing robust strategic plans and completing tasks.

• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (may include weekends).
