Rental Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers—approachable, professional, and enthusiastic about sales and service.

• Welcome and assist all customers throughout the car rental experience, establishing rapport and recognizing their needs from the outset.

• Draft rental agreements and confidently promote vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to enhance each interaction.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling, driven by performance-based incentives.

• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, remaining organized, service-focused, and always presenting a friendly demeanor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated sales ability with experience in upselling and closing, motivated by targets and direct customer engagement.

• Relevant experience from areas such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented attitude and a proven history of fostering customer relationships.

• Strong verbal communication skills and an enjoyment of direct customer interactions.

• Comfortable in a commission-based environment and able to thrive under pressure.

• Open to various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with a flexible approach to work hours.

• A valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.
