Rental Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for customers, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and a strong enthusiasm for sales and service.

• Welcome and assist all customers throughout the car rental procedure, fostering relationships and identifying their needs.

• Prepare rental agreements while confidently promoting vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services.

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

• Address customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated sales expertise with experience in upselling and closing deals.

• Background in fields such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental.

• Exceptional verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable operating in a commission-based environment.

• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

• Possession of a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record, and eligibility to work in the US without needing sponsorship.
