This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and uphold Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for leasing functions and rental evaluations.
• Oversee lease renewal activities and guarantee precise and timely documentation.
• Track rental arrears and engage with tenants in accordance with company protocols.
• Maintain precise records of tenancies, properties, and leases in PropertyMe.
• Provide administrative assistance across a specified residential property portfolio.
• Aid in property documentation, correspondence, and leasing administration.
• Support daily administration of residential rental properties.
• Assist Property Managers with portfolio administration and operational duties.
• Coordinate documentation related to leases, tenants, and property records.
• Address internal administrative requests promptly and professionally.
• Execute general administrative and data entry tasks.
• Aid in the organisation and upkeep of a growing holiday rental portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective operational processes.
• Uphold the confidentiality of client, tenant, and property information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance administrative processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Provide support to the broader property management team with additional administrative responsibilities.
• Prior hands-on experience with PropertyMe is essential.
• Previous involvement in Australian residential property management is required.
• Proven experience in supporting rental property portfolios and managing rental provider and tenant information.
• Experience in preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).
• Experience in managing lease renewals and rental arrears administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.
• Proactive, dependable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to quickly grasp client processes and contribute with limited training.
• Availability to work around 20 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM AEST.
• Candidates with another part-time role may apply if their current employer operates on a different schedule.
