Rental Field Operations Manager – Midsouth West

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the overall operations within the region, focusing on personnel management, equipment maintenance and repair, fleet rental performance, and fostering relationships with districts, stores, and field rental team members.

• Assists the Regional Rental Manager in the recruitment and training of support staff.

• Encourages a culture of safety through effective training, positive behavior reinforcement, clear communication, and sound decision-making.

• Oversees operational compliance for all technical work conducted in the region, which includes store inspections, lift inspections, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, deliveries, and the deployment of new equipment.

• Ensures high-quality service for all HD Rental customers by promoting sales and customer service practices among associates and ensuring proper execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• An Associate's Degree or higher is preferred; however, a High School Diploma or GED/Technical or Trade School certification is required.

• A minimum of three (3+) years of management experience is required, with rental industry experience being advantageous.

• General understanding of equipment maintenance and repair, including knowledge of gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

• Proficient in using MS Office applications and familiar with technology such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and desktops.

• Must possess a valid driver's license for the state of residence and employment.

• A good driving record is necessary.
