
Renovation Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Accountable for reaching yearly sales and profitability objectives through sales expansion within their designated territory.
• Responsible for ongoing project management and coordination with both internal and external clients.
• Promoting business growth in the territory with both established and new customers.
• Develops and strengthens relationships with property owners and contractors.
• Acts as the primary contact for all renovation projects within the territory, encompassing project management, due diligence, product sourcing, selection, and requests for product (RFP)/quoting.
• Collaborates with the credit team to identify funding opportunities and ownership.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
• Direct sales experience with HD Supply facility customers and industry products.
• Experience in renovation projects.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with handheld technology.
• Knowledge of facility products, including hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce, or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience with consultative and solution selling is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote work environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
