β’ Accountable for reaching yearly sales and profitability objectives through sales expansion within their designated territory.
β’ Responsible for ongoing project management and coordination with both internal and external clients.
β’ Promoting business growth in the territory with both established and new customers.
β’ Develops and strengthens relationships with property owners and contractors.
β’ Acts as the primary contact for all renovation projects within the territory, encompassing project management, due diligence, product sourcing, selection, and requests for product (RFP)/quoting.
β’ Collaborates with the credit team to identify funding opportunities and ownership.
β’ Performs additional duties as assigned.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) field sales experience.
β’ Direct sales experience with HD Supply facility customers and industry products.
β’ Experience in renovation projects.
β’ Strong organizational skills and familiarity with handheld technology.
β’ Knowledge of facility products, including hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel and Salesforce, or a similar CRM platform.
β’ Experience with consultative and solution selling is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a remote work environment.
β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish.
