This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Oversee the complete renewal process while engaging with customers 90β120 days in advance.
β’ Foster cross-functional agreement and manage expectations of the Account Executive.
β’ Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and co-terming.
β’ Ensure the accuracy of source of truth data in Salesforce.
β’ Negotiate with complex enterprise customers and partners.
β’ 3β4 years of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
β’ Strong negotiation skills to effectively overcome procurement challenges.
β’ Highly detail-oriented and organized.
β’ Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
β’ Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a significant advantage.
β’ Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a valuable asset.
