This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Conduct outbound communications via phone and email to both existing customers and channel partners.
• Propose business solutions by taking into account customer needs alongside SonicWall's interests.
• Leverage installed product subscription records and reporting to boost the number of active subscribers within the installed base.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, and the SonicWall sales organization, ensuring smooth information flow to regional sales teams and leaders.
• Drive improvements in the lifecycle management process among partners and customers.
• May be tasked with influencing sales behaviors and capabilities within sales teams, serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries regarding installed base data while maintaining documentation for all projects and initiatives aimed at growing the installed base.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers by utilizing knowledge of SonicWall's technology, products, and services, while leveraging cross-functional resources to achieve results.
• Entry-level position available at a reputable sales organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities to understand the installed base strategy and provide consultative analysis.
• Effective communication skills to synthesize complex data and analyses into actionable business plans that facilitate decision-making; engage in active listening and extract key insights from colleagues, partners, and customer relationships.
• Highly motivated with a strong passion for sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload effectively.
• Capable of handling multiple competing priorities simultaneously and driving projects to successful completion.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to follow through on assigned projects and learn new tools quickly.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
