This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the entire renewal lifecycle for a designated portfolio of clients.
• Engage proactively with customers well ahead of contract expiration dates.
• Predict renewal outcomes and ensure a precise renewal pipeline.
• Negotiate renewal agreements while safeguarding revenue and reducing churn.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues that could affect renewals.
• Discover upsell, cross-sell, and expansion possibilities within current accounts.
• Work alongside Customer Success and Sales to create strategies for account growth.
• Introduce additional products, services, and licensing options that meet customer needs.
• Foster expansion revenue while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Comprehend customer business goals and align solutions to enhance their success.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact during renewal and expansion negotiations.
• Oversee escalations related to commercial agreements and contract discussions.
• Keep accurate opportunity data in the CRM system.
• Predict monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal and expansion revenue.
• Track KPIs such as:
• Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
• Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
• Renewal Rate
• Churn Rate
• Expansion Revenue
• Pipeline Coverage
• Collaborate closely with:
• Customer Success
• Sales
• Finance
• Legal
• Product Management
• Operations
• Ensure prompt contract execution and smooth transitions for customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
• Proven experience managing customer renewals in a SaaS or subscription-based environment.
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting, and organizational abilities.

• Experience in selling enterprise software or technological solutions.
• Understanding of subscription metrics including ARR, MRR, NRR, and GRR.
• Experience in contract management and pricing negotiations.
