This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Deal Desk to ensure the accuracy of ACV categories and account ARR in Salesforce.com, escalating complex issues for further review.
• Investigate customer license purchase and renewal histories to provide recommendations based on previous activities.
• Collect requirements from Sales, Partners, and Customers regarding renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities, ensuring a clear understanding of co-term and true-up calculations and quoting.
• Serve as a reliable resource for Sales regarding the Sales Process, as well as CrowdStrike’s Pricing and Packaging policies.
• Create proposals, pricing, and discount structures for the product portfolio.
• Assist in calculating and validating complex quoting scenarios, including multi-date co-terms, staggered deployments, module and feature upgrades with product dependencies, while securing necessary internal approvals.
• Aid in identifying decision-makers, understanding the buying process, budget, and timelines.
• Provide validated renewal quotes to Partners and Customers 90-120 days prior to expiration.
• Consult with existing customers to relay feedback to the Product teams regarding new feature requests and product enhancements.
• Offer high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.
• Churn Risk Mitigation: Safeguard ARR and prevent surprises by ensuring risks are well understood and the right stakeholders are involved. Identify at-risk renewals and create a Call to Action with the appropriate account team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Relevant industry experience preferred in High Tech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Ideal candidates will have prior experience managing the SaaS Subscription renewals process.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is essential; advanced formulas, experience with large data sets, connectors, and pivot tables are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), including SFDC report building and Opportunity/Contract management experience.
• Experience managing forecasts in Clari is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to effectively balance a diverse range of daily tasks and adjust priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements.
