Renewal Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee all renewals under 15K in accordance with the Renewal Tracking System (RTS), while identifying cross/upsell and refresh opportunities within the territory. Achieve individual Quarterly Quota by closing deals.

• Propel revenue growth in existing accounts within the SMB segment.

• Manage the complete sales cycle and collaborate closely with partners and distributors.

• Achieve or surpass quarterly revenue objectives.

• Create and implement account plans for key accounts in the designated territory.

• Conduct forecasting and manage accounts/opportunities using Salesforce.com.

• Energetic, driven self-starter and a collaborative team player.

• Prepare weekly reports detailing activities conducted, including accurate forecasting. Maintain Salesforce with up-to-date opportunities and forecasts to ensure visibility of the territory.

• Identify issues (such as inadequate partner attention to end users, poor implementation of Fortinet products, etc.) that end users mention during calls and communicate them to the Field Team when necessary.

• Engage in Weekly Forecast meetings with the Field Sales Team and conduct one-on-one forecasting meetings with the Team Lead.


⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant sales experience in IT organizations.

• Proven experience in managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships for business expansion.

• Ability to process multiple information sources and consolidate the needs of customers, partners, and distributors.

• Capability to manage various administrative tasks as part of success in this role.

• The candidate must reside in Medellin.

• Practical experience with Salesforce.com.

• Comprehensive understanding of the sales administration process.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Numerical proficiency and a problem-solving approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• A technical background in computer science or engineering is advantageous.
