This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Coordinate the processing of renewal agreements alongside Bazaarvoice Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Lead fundamental contract negotiations that yield favorable business results while maximizing the retention of ARR and addressable whitespace.
• Engage directly with client business contacts and procurement professionals.
• Comprehend customer needs and requirements effectively.
• Address customer objections and requests relating to their current Bazaarvoice program.
• Identify and source new sales opportunities.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual retention targets.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, client engagement, or other relevant client-facing roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal business communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, fearless, ambitious, and a team player.
• Highly organized with the ability to navigate the complete sales process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven track record of accomplishments that reflects a winning attitude.
• Strong work ethic, quick learning aptitude, and self-starter mentality.
• Availability to work US business hours: 6:00am - 1:00pm CST | 2:00pm - 9:00pm EEST.
