Renewal Inside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound communications via phone and email to both current Customers and Channel Partners.

• Suggest business solutions that take into account customer requirements and SonicWall's interests.

• Leverage installed product subscription data and reports to enhance the number of active subscribers within the Installed Base.

• Serve as a liaison among Customers, Partners, and the SonicWall sales team, facilitating the flow of sales information to regional sales groups and leaders.

• Promote improvements in the Lifecycle Management process for both Partners and Customers.

• May influence sales behaviors and capabilities within sales teams, acting as the initial contact for inquiries related to Installed Base data, and maintaining documentation for all projects and initiatives related to Installed Base growth.

• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers through knowledge of SonicWall’s technology, products, and services while utilizing cross-functional resources to achieve desired outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking abilities (capable of understanding Installed Base strategy and providing consultative analysis).

• Proficient in communication (able to synthesize complex data and analyses into actionable business plans that support decision-making; skilled in active listening and extracting key insights from colleagues, Partners, and Customers).

• Highly motivated with a strong enthusiasm for sales.

• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload effectively.

• Capable of handling several competing priorities simultaneously and driving projects to completion.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to follow through on assigned projects and learn new tools.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
