This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and execute a thorough strategy for contract renewals
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to facilitate a smooth renewal process
• Discover expansion opportunities to boost additional revenue
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to renewals
• Perform account reviews and planning to accurately predict renewals
• Utilize customer feedback to aid in product development
• Over 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, or Account Management
• Familiarity with enterprise software; understanding of open source, APIs, and/or infrastructure software is highly beneficial
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Strong analytical skills for tracking and forecasting renewal metrics
