This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare and assess financial reports and contractual documents prior to internal renewal meetings to support informed discussions.
• Interact directly with clients to comprehend their objectives and desired outcomes for contract renewals, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other details to secure favorable outcomes for both the company and the customer, thereby sustaining and enhancing revenue through effective contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with SAMs, AEs, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and the Finance team to advocate for the best interests of NiCE and revenue retention objectives.
• Work alongside the finance team to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Extend contracts for multiple years.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer contracts and NiCE billing methods.
• Keep informed about competitors and strategize on counter offers to retain customers.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of NiCE products and services.
• Collaborate with TAMs, SAMs, and AEs to provide consistent messaging to customers.
• Measure success by tracking client retention and revenue growth through various sources such as Salesforce and Excel.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate areas of risk and prepare recommendations to mitigate such risks.
• Create and prepare contract documents, presentations, emails, and spreadsheets to facilitate contract management activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 4 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation.
• More than 4 years of experience in a contact center or service delivery environment.
• Familiarity with SAAS billing models.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment and meeting customer contract deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Capacity to switch between various negotiation projects as needed.
• Proficient in multitasking responsibilities.
• Show adaptability and responsiveness by embracing change and making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs and customer expectations.
• Thrive in uncertain environments by maintaining focus and productivity despite incomplete information or shifting parameters.
• Track and report on renewal metrics, including renewal rates.
• Possess innovative strategic ideas and approaches in negotiation.
• Exhibit problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with high-level customer stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• Bonus Experience: Background in Account Management or sales.
