• Prepare and evaluate financial reports and contractual documents prior to internal renewal meetings to enable well-informed discussions.
• Interact directly with clients to grasp their objectives and desired outcomes for contract renewals, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other details to secure advantageous outcomes for both the company and the customer, thereby maintaining and enhancing revenue through effective contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with SAMs, AEs, Technical Account Managers (TAMs), and the Finance team to advocate for NiCE and achieve revenue retention goals.
• Work alongside the finance team to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Extend contracts for multiple years.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customer contracts and NiCE billing practices.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities and devise strategies for counter offers and customer retention.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of NiCE products and services.
• Collaborate with TAMs, SAMs, and AEs to ensure consistent communication with the customer.
• Measure success by tracking client retention and revenue growth using various sources, including Salesforce and Excel.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify areas of risk and prepare actionable recommendations to mitigate those risks.
• Create and develop contract documents, presentations, emails, and spreadsheets to support contract management activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in contract negotiation.
• 4+ years in a contact center or service delivery environment.
• Familiarity with SAAS billing models.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced setting while meeting customer contract deadlines.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Ability to shift between negotiation projects as needed.
• Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Display adaptability and responsiveness by welcoming change and implementing necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs and customer demands.
• Excel in uncertain environments by maintaining focus and productivity despite incomplete information or changing parameters.
• Track and report on renewal metrics, including renewal rates.
• Exhibit innovation with strategic ideas and approaches in negotiations.
• Possess problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Capable of effectively communicating with high-level customer stakeholders, including CEOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
