
Renewal Account Executive – Remote in EST & CST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Oversee, enhance, and expand a portfolio of small to medium-sized business or multi-location accounts through proactive daily outbound calling of 40 to 60 calls.
• Generate quotes, engage in closing activities, and process order information to secure core revenue.
• Present and finalize renewal opportunities either virtually or via phone with current clients.
• Address and resolve client objections by effectively communicating the benefits, features, and value proposition of Pitney Bowes’ programs.
• Navigate the requirements and regulations related to renewal agreements.
• Plan and document sales activities, maintain precise customer records, execute campaigns, build a sales pipeline, and manage forecasting using Salesforce.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Direct experience in client interactions within a sales context.
• Familiarity with the Shipping or Mailing sector, including a foundational knowledge of carrier solutions.
• Strong background in selling SaaS solutions, preferably in eCommerce, warehouse shipping, mailing solutions, or office shipping.
• Proven track record in client retention.
• Demonstrated ability to close business transactions over the phone or in virtual settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making 40-60 outbound sales calls at a mid-level volume.
• Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
