This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients from Full Claro to offer them equipment renewal along with fixed upgrades for home services.

• Join the Partner Service advisory team.

• Engage in full-time management from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. or semi-full time from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have at least 3 months of experience in a call center.

• Possess your own tools, whether it's a PC or a laptop.

• Have a wired internet connection.

• Education: Secondary Education.

• Availability for full-time or semi-full-time hours.

• Willingness to undergo a 6-day training from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
