Remediation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Remediating security vulnerabilities

• Implementing infrastructure hardening and best practices

• Administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID

• Managing Active Directory

• Administering and troubleshooting servers

• Configuring firewalls and switches

• Supporting Azure and cloud platforms

• Performing patching, upgrades, and system maintenance

• Executing technical implementations, migrations, and configuration changes

• Documenting and enhancing client environments

• Independently carrying out technical remediation tasks

• Enhancing client security postures

• Assisting with proactive infrastructure projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365

• Proficiency in Active Directory administration

• Competence in Windows Server administration

• Understanding of firewall and networking principles

• Experience with Azure

• Skilled in troubleshooting across various infrastructure platforms

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic MSP setting

• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment

• Ability to navigate multiple technologies and client settings
