This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Relocation Operations Training Specialist is responsible for the complete design, development, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of training programs, communications, operational documentation, and change management initiatives that support Sirva operations and strategic client accounts.
• This position acts as a crucial link between Account Management, Operations, Learning & Development, and client stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, the adoption of new processes, and consistent execution across global teams.
• Create, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and continuous training programs for consultants, CXO teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Provide instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, participant feedback, and trends in operational performance.
• Maintain training calendars and guarantee timely delivery of necessary learning programs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance training materials, process documentation, job aids, operational guides, presentations, and client-facing collateral.
• Ensure all materials comply with client branding, formatting, language, and quality standards.
• Create client-ready presentations and communications that require minimal editing or rework.
• Assist with operational and client-driven initiatives from planning through implementation and post-launch adoption.
• Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, communications, and training activities for the rollout of new processes.
• Conduct lessons learned reviews and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance training effectiveness, operational consistency, and employee productivity.
• Utilize emerging technologies, AI tools, learning platforms, and automation solutions to increase efficiency and learner engagement.
• Monitor training metrics and operational feedback to suggest process enhancements.
• Support governance activities related to training documentation and change implementation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering highly accurate, polished, and professional work products.
• Strong organizational abilities and project coordination skills with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to foresee dependencies, risks, and downstream effects of operational changes.
• High level of accountability and ownership regarding deliverables.
• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global teams.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Relocation Operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in project implementation and operational change management.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
