This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, facilitate, and oversee the operations of the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Organize PI Planning, pre-PI refinement, Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, ART Sync, System Demo, and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Manage dependencies across teams, address impediments, assess risks, and maintain the ART operating rhythm.
• Keep the Program Board, ROAM register, PI Objectives, capacity envelopes, and other program artifacts up-to-date.
• Mentor PEMs, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and ART members on the adoption of SAFe and Dynata processes.
• Monitor and report on Predictability, Flow, Business Value, and capacity debt metrics.
• Promote continuous improvement and integrate enhancement actions into future Program Increments.
• Provide weekly reports on ART health to the Chapter Lead and participate in Chapter Council and quarterly reviews.
• Collaborate with peer RTEs to manage cross-ART dependencies and synchronization.
• Assist in roadmap planning, tooling enhancements, training, and certification capacity.
• Ensure adherence to Dynata engineering processes, SAFe methodology, documentation standards, and workplace requirements.
• Conduct scope-change impact analysis, suggest trade-offs, and aid in business decision-making.
• Engage in performance evaluations and peer reviews of essential program artifacts.
• Work with cross-functional business and technical teams to understand their needs and implement interventions.
• Support Dynata, a first-party data provider that helps businesses acquire insights, activate audiences, and evaluate impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduate-level education in Agile Project Management, Organizational Transformation, or related disciplines is preferred.
• A minimum of two active SAFe / Agile certifications; SAFe RTE is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience leading software delivery programs.
• More than 2 years of experience coordinating multiple teams at the program level.
• At least 3 PI Planning events facilitated or co-facilitated.
• Proficiency in Jira, including Jira Plans, Azure DevOps, and Linear.
• Familiarity with Dynata’s two-Jira-project model.
• Experience with Miro, Mural, Lucidchart, and Aha! Roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Knowledge of Mentimeter, Slido, or Poll Everywhere.
• Ability to read and interpret Predictability, Flow, and Business Value metrics using Tableau, Power BI, Jira Dashboards, or EazyBI.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including capacity planning and tracking capacity debt.
• Working knowledge of SAFe 6.0, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with Dynata Product & Engineering Process (V1, May 2026).
