Relationship Officer – Mortgage, Retail Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Achieve the monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned.

• Maintain service standards while monitoring, evaluating, and measuring performance to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

• Deliver outstanding service to Mashreq Home Loan clients, encompassing both Conventional and Islamic products.

• Address customer complaints regarding Rates, Schedules, Document Requirements, and Disbursal processes.

• Manage a portfolio by taking ownership of all Home Loan customers.

• Oversee home loan retention by managing the retention process in a compliant manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or High School qualification.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Personal Banking, specifically in roles related to PMU, Retention, Relationship Management, Tele Sales, or Services.

• Strong analytical and retention skills.

• Understanding of mortgage products and personal banking.

• Robust technical skill set across various products.
