This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and private wealth channels, leading to enhanced assets under management (AUM), increased trading volume, and greater product adoption.
• Develop and strengthen alliances with key distribution partners and intermediaries to further propel AUM growth.
• Conduct prospect and client meetings, effectively communicating Hex Trust’s value proposition and gathering feedback for ongoing enhancement.
• Spot cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to enrich client engagement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to identify and support initiatives aimed at attracting and activating the client base.
• Manage a seamless onboarding process and ongoing relationship management in partnership with compliance, legal, and operations teams.
• Provide exceptional, white-glove service—establishing Hex Trust as a reliable partner for private clients and family offices in the digital asset space.
• Key Performance Indicators: Number of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money.
• 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional or crypto financial services.
• Proven track record of growing AUM and managing complex private client or family office accounts.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products; familiarity with digital assets is essential.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide high-touch, client-centric service in a challenging environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to gain credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) is highly regarded.
