Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, family offices, and private wealth channels, leading to increased AUM, trading volume, and product utilization.

• Develop and strengthen collaborations with relevant distribution partners and intermediaries to further enhance AUM growth.

• Conduct prospect and client meetings, effectively communicating Hex Trust’s value proposition while gathering feedback for ongoing enhancement.

• Spot cross-selling opportunities across trading, structured products, and lending solutions to enhance client engagement.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to identify and support initiatives aimed at attracting and activating the client base.

• Ensure seamless onboarding and continuous relationship management in partnership with compliance, legal, and operations teams.

• Provide exceptional, white-glove service—establishing Hex Trust as a reliable partner for private clients and family offices in the digital asset space.

• KPIs: Number of clients, Revenue, Assets on Platform, Net New Money


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services.

• Proven track record of increasing AUM and managing complex private clients or family office accounts.

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products; familiarity with digital assets is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to provide high-touch, client-focused service in a high-pressure environment.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility among senior stakeholders.

• Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities.

• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly advantageous.
