This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the growth of loans and deposits through the client portfolio, influential networks, and other proactive strategies to expand market share, as well as to retain and enhance the existing portfolio.

• This role requires collaboration with internal partners to promote all banking products and services, with a particular focus on non-borrowing services.

• Ensure that the administration and risk management of each client relationship align with the established credit policies, procedures, and business strategies of Associated Banc-Corp, along with commercial and regulatory standards.

• The Relationship Manager is tasked with cultivating commercial banking relationships by profiling and analyzing financial data to assess specific loan requests and recommending appropriate structures.

• Offer financial guidance and insights to clients and potential clients regarding trends and conditions in the business environment and general banking practices through bank-approved channels.

• Deliver presentations on specific loans and engage in the bank's loan approval process, advocating for approval and suitable structuring of credits, in collaboration with the Portfolio Manager.

• Engage in community and business events/groups to foster a positive reputation for the bank.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in commercial banking or business-to-business sales and business development, with strong credit skills.

• Familiarity with non-borrowing products, demonstrating a successful track record in sales and client relationship management.

• Must possess access to reliable transportation and the legal ability to drive, if applicable.
